Our leader and founder, Dr Andrea de Silva specialises in strategic Diversity and inclusion approaches and intersectionality, with a deep understanding informed by evidence, knowledge and her own lived experience of both privilege and marginalisation, gender and racial discrimination, and life as a second-generation migrant.
